my comp is simple - a plan i found on a running magazine for beginners but can be joined in my people who want to build up as well.
Its 4 monthes long and by the end of it you should be able to run 10 miles without any bother - a bit of a challenge.....
Keep checking back for the next stage of the running.
The first month goes like this:
Mon - 20-25 mins of jogging
Tues - Rest
Weds - 20-25 mins jogging
Thurs - Rest
Fri - Rest
Sat - 20-25 mins running
Sun - 90 mins of speed walking (or as much of this and rambling as you can manage)
Leave a message if your interested - we can see eachtohers progress and when it comes to the fourth month see who can run 10 miles in the quickest time.
