Top 3 tips

1) Drink lots of water - zero cals, fills you up, keeps you from feeling zapped of energy and should be drank alot to make up for all the water you lose out on from food!
2) Vitamins and Minerals - withouht these your going to look ill - bad skin lank hair poor nails - you know the drill
3) Whenever you eat make sure its healthy. Healthier stuff is usually low in cals so you can eat more to fill you up rather than having a tiny bit of choc all day - this stops you from binging because you'll be more full and it also means your getting the most out of your food
