started out and nothing happenedSo I started reading do research and finding sites oline. Then I decided to try it myself.
I made a journal. wow eye opener
then I cut back my cals to between 500 -700/ day.
didn't get to many headaches but became very bi tchy.
on and off fasting.
december 2006 .5/month in...the week of xmas I fasted for a week yeah for me..
January I was cracking down hardcore. exercising. upt my intake to 1000cal/day because of the exercise.
no imporvement..... lost 5lbs in the whole 2 freaking months
of course living with my sister who is 15%under weight and eats like a pig. hasn't been helping when I get my bouts of depression.
So I'm sitting here writing this. and while I have plans on doing lent this year (feb 20th)
( the 40 day fast before easter and this isn't because I religious but because I found a website where they have listings of all fasting days all religions and it's a great way to explain why your not eating. lol adopt a faith for health and fitness.)
I think that maybe I should increase my cal intake... yes I know as crazy as it sounds.. but from my reading I think that I started off wrong and threw my body into a starvation mode and because of my restictions it wont get out... so this week I plan on eating eeewww but 1500 cal/day don't know if I can do it. along with my normal exercise.
everday min 1/2hr eliptical trainer 1/2 hr conditioning.. This is for those days when your really tired and just don't feel like you can make it
min every second day... 1.5hr trainer 45min condit.
P.S. I'm not just eating crap food when I eat it's healthy stuff no prepackaged all home cooked by yours truly or a health feak obsessed aunt.. so it's not bad food
I'll let you know how my theory works out and if anyone has any idea why I'm not losing please feel free to tell me.. thanks
