in need of help!hey everyone. i used to be bulimic and i lost some weight then, but quit because of the torture that my clinic was. i'm pretty new to ana but i have to lose weight and i need help. i have tremendous trouble controlling my binges. please give me some tips girls.I have gained so much weight in the past 2 weeks cause i just quit smoking. i'm 5ft 3 and weigh 10st. as you can tell my situation is quite desperate. i need to lose at least 3 st in the next 2 months. i'd love a buddy and all advice is welcome. cheers! kitty |

I'll be a buddy and what I found that worked for me was drinking a ton of those green tea things that come in the Lipton or Nestea packets. The raspberry flavored ones are to die for, literally.
