IconsEach member can have an icon beside their name. The picture has to be between 80 pixels width and 80 pixels height. If you have an icon however it's too picture just open it in Art. Use the 'select' tool to highlight over the picture then just drag the corner so it becomes smaller. To make sure its small enough when you save and exit out of the program right click on properties - onto summary and the height and width will be there.
