i agree - its really hard
i have a mate who told me alot of the info about ana to begin with just generally referring to it coz she has a problem wtih her weight but she sez even when she starves herself that the weight never goes away :S my other mates reckons she just binges when us are not around but maybe she just has a funny metabolism.... I'm not meanign this harsh though...if we all stick together i think that we could help and support eachtoher when we are lonely xxxxx
