help!Hey there,I'm new to this site....but have been yo-yoing for years! Every time I get close to my goal I let someone talk me into thinking I'm being crazy and I get off track and start eating way too much! So, at the moment, my body is disgusting and I'm desparately trying to lose weight...I'm absolutely committed, but need someone who 'gets it' to help me focus mentally. I'm 5'9 and my CW is 139 lbs....horrible:( My first goal is 120 lbs, then 110 in the (not too distant!) future.
