|

This was suggested by Butterfly, and I think it's a great idea!
This is to keep members motivated and to push themselves furthur and furthur, running that extra mile, saying no to that binge. Seeing how others are doing and suceeding stops those from losing hope and the winners can give advice to others. Isnt it nice to be congratulated for all your hard work?
These are the three things that will be measured each week (every sunday so please try to write in the three progress sections before this day to ensure you are added) .
Loss in pounds this week
In this section write down the amount in pounds that you have lost - the person who has lost the most amount of pounds wins.
BMI
In BMI write down your BMI - after all its fine if you've lost alot of pounds but some who have been ana for a while will have already did all the beginning and easier part of losing weight. This is where long time hard work pays off.
<18.5 underweight
18.5 - 24.9 healthy
25.0 - 29.9 overweight
> 30.0 obese
Best Efforts
In Best Efforts this is for members who have tried very hard this week with excersise. When fat is turned into muscle this will make our BMI higher and our pound losage lower however is very important in losing inches around the waist line. Here write the amount of hours of excersise in the week you have done and what type.
For example: Jogs 3 hours
Brisk walking 2 hours etc etc
If there are any questions, suggestions or requests please feel free to post here or in the Suggestions section.

Hiya Southernsun,
dont be embarrassed by your question! Here is a handy website which will calculate it for you - its just your height in correspondance with your weight.
