hiya
I think the best way to start is to begin a food diary. Eat like you normally would for a week then change all the normal things you eat for healthier options. For example:
Breakfast :
Pancakes with choc sauce
Mid morning snack:
Crisps
Dinner:
Cheese and ham sandwich
Tea:
Sunday dinner
Snacks: Choc
could be switched to healthier options and always go for the lowest cal version of a food as you can - For example you can get low cal bread, semi-milk and cereals which are very low in calories compared to other versions. When you stop losing weight by changing your options to healthier ones begin to make small changes cutting out your mid-morning snack, maybe halfing your dinner etc. Always total up the calories. This way your more likely to stick to it. |

Good advice thinspiration! I tried to just cut loads straight away but I just gave up and binged. Little changes go a long way.
Butterfly, to work out how many calories you should be eating get the weight in pounds that you want to be then times it by 10/11/12 (depending on how active you are!!) and thats your calories content to get to that weight. Then just it lower if you want to lose more weight.
For example: I want to be 104 I'm not very active so I'd times that by 10 and i'd be 1040 cals I'm allowed to eat. I'm pretty sure this is right. xx _________________ Emma x x x |
