We're all hearing about how pro ana is bad, but then if you think about it I dont think it is.
Firstly, what about those clubs for people who are larger who go around to special places they can feel 'welcome' because of their size; a place they can laze about (usually a holiday resort) with food piled sky-high in front of them instead of doing the sensible thing and trying to get to a normal weight in the first place.
Imagine the outcry they would be if Anas came together to be themselves and eat as little as they felt like it, a place THEY could be welcome? Just because we live in a world of gluttony, to fight the flab its almost a crime. Being overweight as the same risks as being underweight, so whats the problem? At the end of the day its our bodies, what we prefer to put into it. If I love the frail look off limiting my food, so be it. If I want to be pro ana with other people, shouldnt that be my choice? What do you think?

Hmm I dont know, I sort of agree in a way that its our choice so we should be allowed to do what we want just as other groups of people do. I went on a diet forum not aimed at ana but just at losing weight and the exact same structure and same forum sections as ana ones existed. The only difference they seems to be between normal dieting sites and views and ana is that this type of "dieting" is more extreme.
