Yo everybody hope you're all well. I need a buddy (obviously, haha) and it'd be great if somebody could help me out to keep me on track and stuff.

I'm 5'2" at 140. I used to be somewhere under 120 and once I hit college I just gained the wretched "freshmen 15". I'm an athlete where weight is sort of crucial, so I want to get to 112. I love to exercise but sometimes I just get really discouraged and I could use a pep talk here and there you know.
