My all time favourite meal that is under 150 cals is amazing (obv you can subsitute some of the ingrediants for other if you like)

Tuna salad

Ok tin of tuna (in brine) drained on a huge bed of iceberg lettuce with 4 cherry tomatos and 4 slices of cucumber with serving of tomato puree (or sauce) flavoured with black pepper!

Tuna is only about 100 cals per 100g but do check the brand you use b/c they do vary.

Can make a full plate up so family wont realise how few calories you are eating! Laughing
