I don’t know about the diet I had a friend try o and it work for a month or so, then she gained most of her weight back, my tip try a low calorie diet, try eating about 800 calories a day newt week 700 and keep do in it till you hit 500 calories a day, and if it to fast, you can subtract 100 every 2 or 3 weeks, don’t just eat you kind of food, it to much trouble and 99 percent of the time it doesn’t work for more than a couple of moths, and you don’t want that, do you? Soups are great they are both healthy and extremely low in calories.
The soup is made out of:
6 large green onions
2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
3 Carrots
1 Container (10 oz. or so) Mushrooms
1 bunch of celery
half a head of cabbage
1 package Lipton soup mix
1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional)
1 48oz can V8 juice (optional)
Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
that is just a general recipe! hope it helps _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wkHP7gb/]
