My competition is for fellow 5"2 members....
they will be a weigh in every wednesday, feel free to join at any time. the competition is to either or both:
* lose the most pounds in a week
* have the lowest weight (see who can catch up etc)

how about a weigh in every sat?
we can see who weighs the least and also see who managed to lose the most amount of pounds?

ok so my saturday was a disaster.....
i've crept up to nine stone! i havent lost any weight - which i'm half pleased and half pissed off at..... pleased because i've been binging sooooo much with the stress of exams but not put any weight on :S but angry because i need to lose and quick! Sorry I couldn't post at saturday the net broke down for a long time, how has everyone else being doing. Remember just to post on this if you ever need to have support coz i'll be there if my net doesnt break xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Last Sat was alright for me, except i totally didn't exercise. Didn't lose but didn't gain either. Have a new diet plan, so i'm hoping it'll help me lose more weight...
